We prepare and process orders within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Please note that orders are not processed on major U.S. public holidays. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking information.

Order Cut-Off Time
To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed by 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Anything submitted after this time will be picked up and processed the following business day.

Shipping Time and Delivery
For customers within the United States, standard delivery generally arrives within 3 to 7 business days after your order has been processed. Please keep in mind that these are estimated timeframes and actual delivery may vary based on your location and the carrier handling your shipment.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. You'll always be able to see the exact shipping fee before you finalize your order — no surprises.

Order Tracking

Shipping Address Accuracy
It's important that you double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are unable to take responsibility for delays or undelivered packages that result from an address that was entered incorrectly or incompletely.

Delayed or Lost Packages

However, occasional delays can happen due to circumstances outside our control, such as severe weather or carrier disruptions. If your package appears to be significantly delayed or missing, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged Packages
Received something that didn't arrive in perfect condition? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the item and its packaging. We'll work quickly to make it right.

International Shipping
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. Should we expand to international destinations in the future, all relevant details and rates will be made available at checkout.
